WARRANTY INFORMATION |
| All reels are covered under our warranty policy for the period as stated with each product purchased against material or manufacturing defects. For the period indicated, we will repair (or replace, at our discretion) the defective item without charge, except for shipping costs. We will have no other obligation, and cannot be held liable for consequential or incidental damages. If there exists reasonable probability that the product has been subject to abnormal use, accidental damage, addition, alteration, tampering, or was neglectfully maintained, it will not be repaired / replaced under the terms of this warranty. This warranty does not apply to reels that are put to commercial or rental use. In the case of a replacement, should the model no longer be in production, we reserve the right replace the product with the closest matching equivalent production model. This warranty excludes normal wear and tear (e.g. bearings, drag discs, etc.) which will be replaced at cost. For warranty claims to be honoured, please ensure that proof of purchase is submitted. Once the product has been made available to us, we will endeavor to return your reel within a reasonable time, or provide an explanation. What is to be considered a reasonable time will depend on the extent of the repair, the availability of spares and the capacity of the workshop. The owner is responsible for all transit costs relating to warranty claims. We cannot be held responsible for loss or damage during transit and adequate insurance cover is advised. This warranty in no way affects your statuary legal rights. |
